"I've visited this location twice now for mobile pickup orders. The main person behind the counter (name starts with B, I forget) is super friendly and welcoming and has great customer service (I made sure to tell him that today)! There was a second person who verbally greeted everyone as they walked in. They keep mobile pickup orders in the fridge to keep em cold. Today I was a little later than my pickup time and I called at that time to let them know I was 15 minutes away. The person who answered the phone (who I think was the third person I saw assisting with fulfilling orders) I don't think was the same person who greeted me when I picked up my order because the person on the phone didn't seem to know what to do with the information I gave them and the conversation was more awkward than it needed to be. That being said, maybe they just need to brush up on their customer service skills - and honestly, it probably didn't matter to them that I was going to be late - but at least humor me as the customer! Will definitely be returning to this location!"

"I'm a Wellington local and come by this Jamba pretty often. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to after reading the one left by TJ. I stopped in the other day with my daughters and we grabbed some smoothies. Everything turned out great the staff was super friendly and really kind to us. Honestly, I’d had a rough day, and just the small gesture of them being accommodating and tossing in a little extra really lifted my mood. Later on, I actually came back for another round (yes, it was that kind of day), and walked in just after a man had left turns out it might’ve been the same guy who wrote that review. Just to clarify, there’s never been a kids menu here anyone who comes regularly would know that. I’ve never expected one, and it’s never been an issue. Also, I’ve ordered the Peanut Butter Moo’d more times than I can count, and they’ve always gotten it right. My daughter has a peanut allergy, and the staff has always handled it carefully and respectfully, which I really appreciate. If you’re wondering whether this Jamba’s worth going to it definitely is. The team here is great. People like the last reviewer honestly make things harder for folks just doing their jobs. No matter how much they try to help, some customers just aren’t going to be satisfied. To the staff here thank you. Every time I’ve come in, you’ve been kind and positive. And if someone has a different experience then maybe it says more about them than it does about you. Ill continue to be coming here."
